Stephanie Paradiso
Stephanie Paradiso is a certified master social media strategist and business coach based out of SWFL.
She founded Inspired Social Co. in 2018 to help business owners take the confusion and stress out of digital marketing and allow them to thrive on social media.
ISC is a coaching + consulting collective that works with small businesses to create social media strategy blueprints, content calendars and marketing plans based on sales psychology and current trends. She has helped hundreds of clients craft successful social campaigns that convert on various platforms.
Stephanie completed her certification to become a master social media strategist in the spring of 2022. In addition to working with clients 1:1 and students that belong to her monthly coaching membership she also works with brands to create strategic, authentic and high-converting user generated content.
Stephanie also holds a M.A. in Journalism from Hofstra University and is an experienced content writer. When she is not working she is a mom to 3 and loves listening to podcasts.

Would this work for my business?
The short answer is yes! My 1:1 coaching sessions are designed to work for any business in any industry because they are custom tailored to you. All of the ideas, strategies and goal setting we work on will be specific to your needs.
How do I prepare for my session?
After securing your virtual session in my calendar, you’ll receive an exciting email from me with a link to fill out a questionnaire. My best tip is to do this when you have time and don't rush. It will give me all the info I need to prepare for our time together and begin coming up with strategies for you.
I am already a ISC member- how is this different from the coaching I receive there?
Private sessions allow me to go deeper into your business and craft a more specific strategy that is tailored to you. This particular coaching offer also includes resources like the 2023 workbook that you are not able to access anywhere else.
When will my session occur?
Once you check out you will be prompted to book a date for your session. Most session dates are within the first two weeks of January, with some options slightly earlier and slightly later. You can choose a date and time that works for you!
How will this benefit me?
Having a plan in place is the key to success- both in business and on social media. It is impossible to get somewhere if you have no idea WHERE you are going (the goal) and don't have the directions (the strategy). As your coach I will help you uncover your goals, break them down and understand the action steps needed to achieve them. Then we marry your business goals with actions to take on social media.
